House gecko

Our house gecko, caught in this water color by Ross. In Hawaii a gecko in the house means good luck, but here the Mexicans say it doesn't mean anything, it is just there. I go for the Hawaiian interpretation anytime. The gecko comes to our casa in the evening and says hello.
